What people say
Example reviews. Real ones publish here once we have them
“Found a bad connector three other people had missed. Back online in an hour, and they showed us the test results.”
James M. · Clapham “Our top floor never had signal. Heatmapped it, added two access points, tidied the cupboard while they were at it.”
Sarah T. · Islington “Told us honestly that the fault was the provider's and gave us the evidence. Saved us paying for work we didn't need.”

Common questions
Do you charge for the survey?
There's a set fee for the survey or first visit, agreed with you before we come out, and it's credited back against the job if you commission the work. Everything else is quoted properly once an engineer has seen the property. Small faults can often be priced on the spot. We don't quote blind down the phone.
Can you work in a listed building?
Yes. It's a big part of what we do. Cable runs in listed and period properties go in proper containment through existing voids rather than surface-clipped across original fabric, and we tell you honestly before you commit if a discreet route isn't available. Where consent is needed for anything intrusive, we flag it first.
What if the fault turns out to be my provider's?
We'll say so plainly and give you the evidence to hold them to it, rather than selling you a fix for a problem that isn't yours. Providers check up to their box and stop; the wiring, equipment and coverage inside your property is what we deal with.
Do you work with landlords and managing agents?
Regularly. Fixed works in a rented or leased property usually need the owner's or managing agent's permission, and anything routed through a riser, loft, external wall or shared ducting typically needs freeholder or managing-agent sign-off. We ask on the booking form, confirm in person at the first visit, and flag exactly what needs approval before anything starts.
How quickly can someone come out?
For faults like no internet or a broken cable, often same or next day. Surveys and installs are usually booked within a few days. Tell us your postcode and we'll be honest about timing.
