A survey first, then a firm quote. No guesswork pricing.

No formula fits every property. What a job costs depends on your building, the access, the permissions involved and what you actually need. And anyone quoting a fixed price down the phone, sight unseen, is guessing. So we do it the other way round: an engineer visits, assesses the site properly, and you get a written quote for the real job before you commit to anything.

How it works

Survey / first visit
A set fee of £[TBC], agreed before we come out. The engineer assesses the property, asks the access, communal-area and fire-regulation questions, and makes an initial proposal.
Commission the work and that fee is credited back
It comes off the cost of the job, so the assessment effectively costs you nothing if you go ahead.
Small faults, quoted on the spot
A cut cable, a bad connection or a dead point can often be priced and fixed during the first visit.
Bigger jobs get a written quote
The proposed fix, the price, anything needing landlord or managing-agent sign-off, and alternative options where they exist.
Larger or commercial projects
Quoted after a design consultation, with the specification and stages set out.

What we won't do

We won't invent a number before we've seen the property. We don't sell broadband or push products for commission. Where kit is needed, we specify what suits your property and budget. And if the real problem is your provider's, we'll tell you before you spend a penny fixing the wrong thing.
